Alister Thompson

Alister is a Board Director at Capreon and a qualified Chartered Surveyor. He has worked with the Noe family for over 25 years and has been Head of Asset Management since 2008. 

He brings extensive asset management experience including planning, construction and development across all property types and sectors throughout the UK, and more recently on new acquisitions in Europe, on both single assets and portfolios with lot sizes ranging from sub £1m to £200m+.

Outside of the office, Alister has a keen interest in all aspects of the countryside and conservation as well as classic cars, particularly from the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s.

He is also a Southampton University alumnus and has actively supported the University’s pioneering centre for cancer immunology over many years through membership of their Giving Circles programme.
