All our assets are property managed externally but Capreon AM securely host industry leading MRI property management software centrally. This allows our asset management and finance teams real time access to all tenancy and financial data providing the benefits of managing in-house, but with the efficiencies of allowing specialist property management firms to operate normally. Our reporting can therefore be custom made to the clients’ requirements and produced in a consistent format.

Planning

Our in-house planning expertise means we are able to identify opportunities to add value to property assets through planning initiatives, as well as respond to market challenges.
